This cost effective package includes everything you need to have a fully functioning Sandblaster.

This package does not include any Personal Protective Equipment or spare consumables.

Items included in this custom package are:

Blast Machine

Clemco Classic Blast Machine Model 1648 with TLR-300 Remote Controls, Flat Sand Valve (FSV), Portable, 3 cuft - 300lbs., with 1-1/4 inch Piping.

The 3 cuft classic blast machine holds 3 cubic foot (approximately 300 lbs) of abrasive blast media. This portable blast machine has 1-1/4” piping and comes with a Flat Sand valve (FSV) and remote controls. Using a No. 6 (3/8-inch) blast nozzle will provide approximately 15 minutes of productive blasting at 100 psi.

Flat Sand Valve

The included manually-operated FSV can be used with expandable mineral and slag abrasives, as well as plastic media. However, the FSV does not work well with metallic media

Remote Controls

The included TLR-300 remote controls are not equipped with an Automatic Cutoff Switch (ACS).

Supa Blast Hose Package

The Clemco Supa blast hose has a 1-1/4” inner diameter (ID) and 1-7/8” outer diameter (OD). It’s rated at 175 psi working pressure and can be used with all common types of blast media. The 1/-1/4” hose is available in 3 sizes: 25’ 50’, and 100’ lengths. The Supa blast hose package contains nylon holders and couplings specific to this hose. Supa blast hoses are lighter and more flexible than Clemco’s 2-braid and 4-ply hoses. The lightness, flexibility, and smaller OD of this hose makes it an excellent whip hose, which is easier to maneuver during blasting.

TMP-5 Nozzle (5/16" Orifice)

These TMP-Nozzles have contractor thread with a 1” entry and durable rubber jacket. They are long-venturi nozzles capable of high-production blasting at a distance of 18-24 inches for hard-to-clean surfaces, and 30-36 inches for loose paint and soft surfaces. They have an expected life of approximately 300 hours.

These nozzles are lined with durable tungsten carbide and are for hoses with a 1” ID. A hose with a 1” ID requires a 1” entry nozzle paired with a nozzle holder to accommodate the 1-1/2” OD of the hose. Your purchase of this nozzle includes an NW-25 Washer.
