When using a High Pressure respirator with an air compressor, OSHA rules require a sorbent bed filter to clean the incoming air. Clemco CPF filters meet filtration requirements by removing moisture, oil, and particulates out of incoming air from 1 to 4 operators.
The CPF filter has a multi-stage filtration system improve the “taste” of breathing air which includes a replaceable cartridge with activated charcoal, desiccant, and fiber pads to trap odor, moisture.
CPF filters do not remove CO, convert CO to CO₂, or remove other toxic gasses.
