Gaskets must always be used with coupling attachments to form a positive seal during the sandblasting process. You should always make sure the coupling gaskets are in place and in good condition before connecting the blast hose to the quick coupling on the blast machine.
Replace gasket when wear, softness, or distortion is detected.
