The Clemco Grit Wizard Metering Valve without shutoff for 1-1/4" piped machines is a versatile metering valve that can be used on both pressure hold and pressure release blast machines. It allows the use of all common medias from ALOX to glass and everything in between. It is simple to maintain in the field with 60% fewer wear components. Adjustments can be made to the media flow while blasting allowing for precision metering. The Clemco Grit Wizard Last 12 times longer than other metering valves. This valve does not include a media shutoff valve.
This pneumatically operated valve requires a minimum 80 PSI and Max 175 PSI Air Pressure. Required Clearance is 10.5".
