PQV-Pro Pneumatic Abrasive Metering Valve
The PQV-Pro Pneumatic Metering Valve is designed for operators who need consistent abrasive flow, fast response, and reduced maintenance. This normally closed, pneumatically operated abrasive metering valve delivers precise control under pressure and improved reliability compared to traditional diaphragm-style valves.
How It Works
- Valve remains closed when idle using air-assisted spring pressure
- Applying control air opens the valve to a preset flow rate
- Releasing the control handle immediately stops abrasive flow
- Metering knob allows fine adjustment during blasting
This design provides clean starts, clean stops, and repeatable abrasive metering.
