DO YOU WANT A HIGH PRESSURE (HP) OR LOW PRESSURE (LP) RESPIRATOR?

  • High Pressure (HP): Respirators are fed by an Air compressor and require 17-20 CFM at 100 PSI
  • Low Pressure (LP): Respirators are fed by an Ambient Air Pump

DO YOU WANT DLX PADDED SUSPENSION OR STANDARD WEB SUSPENSION?

  • DLX Padded Suspension: offers more acoustic dampening and is more comfortable to wear. Operators with larger heads tend to say this is tight, despite getting two different-sized pads
  • Web Suspension: is like a standard hard hat and is adjustable

WHICH AIR CONTROL DEVICE DO YOU NEED?

This is the device worn on the belt that connects the air coming from the filter to the breathing air tube on the back of the respirator
  • CFC- Constant Flow Connector: (No control over the airflow coming in.)
  • Air Control Valve: (You have control of the airflow)
  • Clem Cool Air Conditioner: (Cools the air up to 50 degrees F, Plastic) This does not have any replacement parts
  • Climate Control Tube: (Heats and cools air up to 40 degrees F)

WHAT KIND OF PACKAGE DO YOU WANT TO PURCHASE?

  • Respirator Only: (Includes Respirator, Air Control Device, Belt, Cape, and Collar) Bare minimum option.
  • Respirator & Hose: everything included with the Respirator and a 50' 3/8" Hose to feed the respirator from their filter.
  • Respirator, Hose, and Breathing Air Filter: Everything above but with the required breathing air filter that filters out dirt, oil, and water from the breathing air
