This Clemco 2-braid blast hose has a 1-1/4” inner diameter (ID) and 2-3/32” outer diameter (OD). This hose is rated at up to 175 psi working pressure and can be used with all common abrasive blast media. This 1-1/4” hose is available in 50’ lengths. Longer hose length can be achieved using any properly sized couplings. 2 Braid hoses have a thicker, more durable outer casing than supa hose yet are more flexible than 4-ply. This hose is ideal for industrial settings where maintenance-stress and abrasions are common.
Is this the right hose?
To ensure the fit of your blast hose, measuring is key. The inner diameter of the blast hose (1-1/4”) should be 3-to-4 times the diameter of the nozzle orifice and your nozzle entry should also measure 1-1/4 inch.
