How can I receive a quote?
It is easy to receive quote requests. Simply click on the Tab at the top of your screen in the black banner labeled Quote Request. Or simply Click Here. Requests are fulfilled Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
How do I get a price on shipping products?
We make it very easy to get your freight cost without having to input a bunch of personal information. Simply, from the individual item page, select the quantity and then click on the "ADD SELECTED TO CART" button. A pop-up window will appear where you can select "VIEW CART / EST" SHIPPING." This will put you in the shopping cart area where all you have to do is input your Zip Code into the "Zip Code" box. It will automatically give you your shipping options and their cost. It is as easy as that.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards, Paypal and Electronic Funds Transfer.
Can you track a package for me?
We can. If you provide us with your order number we can track your package.
What is your cut off time for expedited shipping?
1:00 EST is our cut off for shipping. This is when most carriers will be picking up orders.
What is your average delivery time on in stock items?
Orders received before 1:00 EST on in stock items will ship the same day the order is placed. Except for weekends and holidays. Weekend and holiday orders will ship the next business day.
Where is my order shipping from?
Most orders will ship from our warehouse in Wilkes-Barre, PA.
